Procurement and Tendering – We will undertake the entire range of FM procurement from inception to completion of the project or work with in-house procurement teams to provide specialist support at any point within the procurement cycle
Business Transformation - By working closely with your organisation, often on a secondment basis we will review existing strategies, delivery models, systems, processes, and resources and will recommend the most appropriate model and structure that will deliver your organisation's vision, goals and overarching objectives. Along with our considerable experience, we will use a range of business improvement tools and processes to assist you with the transition process from the current position towards the desired position.
Construction to Occupation Transition Management – We will successfully manage the phase between the end of construction through to occupation and operation period ensuring the smooth delivery of the Soft Landings, BIM, Commissioning & Training programmes, the CDM Health & Safety File, including the Operating and Maintenance Manuals and Record Drawings. Mobilisation Management – We have significant experience in mobilising at types of FM contracts from large, complex multi-service contracts to be let on a global basis through to single service, single UK site basis. Whilst the mobilisation process is time-bound and usually based on a programme of 3-6 months, effective mobilisation is paramount to ensure successful outcomes over the contract term. We have tools, processes and systems to ensure that mobilisation programmes meet the desired outcomes providing a solid foundation for successful contracts and relationships.
Operational Management – Quite often outsourcing initiatives and outcomes result in a lack of client based resource to effectively manage FM contracts. This may be due to time challenges, relevant expertise or a combination of both. Our interim Operational Management service is again, underpinned by years of operational management experience and may be directed towards short-term compliance and improvement initiatives or for longer term periodic management of an FM contract either on a strategic, tactical or operational basis
